Services

Savaria 3D provides custom 3D design, modelling and printing. The quotation and written confirmation specify the product, material, dimensions, quantity, price and deadline.

Enquiry and contract formation

A website, e-mail or Messenger enquiry is a request for quotation and does not by itself create a contract or payment obligation. The contract is formed when Savaria 3D confirms the customer’s acceptance in writing. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of supplied measurements, files and requirements.

Performance and changes

The quotation states the estimated production time. Changes requested after production starts may incur redesign, reproduction and deadline changes. Minor surface characteristics inherent to layer-by-layer production are not defects if they do not prevent intended use.

Price, payment and delivery

The quotation states all applicable price components. Payment may be made in cash, by SumUp POS in person, bank transfer or confirmed GLS COD. Collection is by prior arrangement in Szombathely; delivery is by GLS.

Right of withdrawal for custom goods

Consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts. It does not apply to non-prefabricated goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. Many Savaria 3D orders fall within this exception, which will also be stated in the quotation. Statutory withdrawal rights remain for non-custom goods.

Warranty, complaints and disputes

Statutory Hungarian warranty rights apply to defective performance. Complaints may be submitted by e-mail or post and are answered within the statutory deadline. The parties first seek an amicable solution; consumers may contact the competent Hungarian conciliation body. Hungarian law governs the contract.

Note: This information reflects the current operation of Savaria 3D and will be updated if the service or applicable law changes.
