Data processed
We may process your name, e-mail address, phone number, billing and delivery details, messages, and photos, drawings or 3D files supplied for the order.
Purposes and legal bases
Enquiry handling and contract performance are based on pre-contractual steps and performance of the contract. Invoicing and record keeping fulfil legal obligations. Handling legal claims is based on legitimate interest.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiry data is retained for up to one year, contract-related data until civil claims expire, and accounting documents for the legally required eight years, unless a legal claim requires longer retention.
Recipients and processors
Data may be shared as necessary with GLS for delivery, SumUp for in-person card payments, and our hosting, e-mail, invoicing and accounting providers. Savaria 3D does not store card details. Meta may process data under its own policy when Messenger is used.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. Contact hello@savaria3d.hu. You may complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information at naih.hu or seek judicial remedy.
Automated decisions and cookies
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling. Essential technical cookies may be used; marketing cookies are not placed without consent.
